Hey friends....what a week and a half it's been!! I was going to post on Friday then I realized I had to pack and do a lot of other things before I left that I didn't have time to. I went to Sacramento this past weekend w/ my two friends from SLO Brent and Adam and visited Jen and saw Phillip. It was a blast. Brent and Adam went to a Youth Specialties conference and I hung out lots w/ Jen doing wedding fun stuff! yay! It was really incredible to have friends from school and friends from camp hang out...and mesh so well. I love it! my different worlds coming together is incredible and we all love Jesus!! Well last week was good...week two of school is down and now week three is down as well. I came down with a sinus infection, bronchitis, and an ear infection on friday and it got worse over the weekend and monday and tuesday i spent in bed. Today i got up and went to class for a little while, but i'm still feeling pretty weak. i really don't like being sick, but it's rad because God proves His faithfulness when encouragement is found in the little things....like being able to eat a popsicle :) my amazing bible study girls came and visited me last night which blessed me so much....brandon made cookies and gave me some this morning....megan has been taking good care of me. I have rad friends and a family back at home who cares about me a lot too! when your down it's so cool to see how God lifts you back up. mmm I love the body of Christ :)
